We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the delivery and workload across internal and external projects, liaising with stakeholders and international clientele on development and delivery. Your primary focuses will be to deliver innovative bespoke solutions that service a range of eCom and mCom products and services. This is a hands-on role where you will be required to work in an agile environment, generating user stories and managing the product(s) features and business as usual backlogs. As a communicator you will be collaborating daily with stakeholders, clients and developers on product development, prioritisation and work closely with DevOps and QA on feature releases, performance monitoring and bug fixes.

Core Responsibilities

Ensure project and task deliverables are on time and to the client and or product owners specifications.
Generate user stories using BDD and where required act as scrum master across teams.
Lead team scrum sessions as a scrum master and consolidate feedback and follow ups.
Liaison across products and services with stakeholders and clients.
Manage product backlog and feature, bug and enhancement requests across several proprietary internal and external technologies.
Take ownership for the delivery of products and services for proprietary systems.

What you should have

Demonstrated capacity to lead multiple software implementation projects simultaneously on time and within budget to scope.
Exceptional English communication skills both oral and written.
Experience building and maintaining relationships with international colleagues, customers and clients.
Experience in developing eCommerce and mCommerce solutions.
Experience working with multi-tier web applications.
Experience working within an agile environment and scrum developing and refining user stories, BDD and acceptance criteria.
Minimum 5 years experience working in a commercial capacity within a corporate environment on scalable and complex web applications.
Relevant tertiary degree and qualification.
Strong background and experience in project management tools and workflows.
