We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the delivery and workload across internal and external projects, liaising with stakeholders and international clientele to gather and refine requirements. Your primary focuses will be to deliver innovative bespoke solutions that service a range of eCom and mCom products and services. This is a hands-on role where you will be required to work in an agile environment, generating user stories and providing functional requirements on features and business logic. As a communicator you will be collaborating daily with stakeholders, clients and developers on product development and implementation of the product features.

Core Responsibilities

Enhance the product backlog with refinements, bug investigations and enhancement requests across several proprietary internal and external technology platforms.
Ensure project epics, features and tasks are clearly defined and articulated for the technical team with the Product Manager.
Generate user stories using and related acceptance criteria using BDD.
Liaise across products and services with stakeholders and clients.
Take ownership for the delivery of products and services for proprietary systems.
Work within the team as a key member who consolidates feedback and compiles accurate and descriptive requirements to team members.

What you should have

Demonstrated capacity as a Business Analyst development and delivering working software solutions on time and within budget to scope.
Exceptional English communication skills both oral and written.
Experience building and maintaining relationships with international colleagues, customers and clients.
Experience in a project management or team lead or technical lead role advantageous.
Experience in developing eCommerce and mCommerce solutions.
Experience working with multi-tier web applications advantageous.
Experience working within an agile environment and scrum developing and refining user stories, BDD and acceptance criteria.
Minimum 5 years experience working in a commercial capacity within a corporate environment on scalable and complex web applications.
Relevant tertiary degree and qualification.
