Getting an Understanding
Based on the information you provide, we will be able to quickly understand the project and extract key requirements. From this, we will prepare a detailed scope that captures everything from the technologies that we will deploy through to the phases of delivery.
An Agreement to Proceed
When everyone is happy with the proposed scope of works and terms, we will hand pick your team members ahead of kickstarting your project. Generally, this will take up to 4 weeks as we may even have to hire new talent to serve you best.
Work in Real-time
The key people that you nominate from your business will be added to your project system so that they can directly communicate as needed just like an extension of your team. We like our people to become part of the project and business.
Tracking & tasks
All team members start their day by checking in to your project and recording activities against their tasks. We record activities and provide ongoing reports right through to delivery.
