Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to design the next generation of our digital products. You will turn user insights into functional wireframes, build interactive prototypes, and deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces that delight our users.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, analyze behavior, and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
- UX Design: Create user flows, wireframes, and information architecture focused on user-centered design principles.
- UI Design: Deliver high-fidelity visual designs, typography, color palettes, and interactive elements.
- Prototyping: Build functional, interactive prototypes to test concepts and validate ideas with real users.
- Design Systems: Maintain, scale, and contribute to our cross-platform component library and design system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and correctly implemented.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, preferably in a SaaS or digital product environment.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, clear problem-solving, and clean UI aesthetics.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in modern design tools, specifically Figma (or Sketch and Adobe XD).
- Skills: Deep knowledge of responsive web design, mobile app design guidelines (iOS/Android), and web accessibility (WCAG).
- Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and advocate for the user's perspective.
